Narrative:

Failure to hold short of taxi line on west runway taxiing from FBO. Taxiway is located downslope from runway and hold short line is not parallel to runway. Coming uphill, runway is not visible, combined with expectation of hold short line to be in line with runway. Sign or flashing light would be helpful.
