Narrative:
Aircraft #2 was tied down alone in a relatively remote part of the airport apron. I was concentrating on finding the correct taxiway (looking over right side of my plane) and did not see aircraft #2 on my left. I hit it while in slow taxi. Incident occurred on the apron at sebring, fl, airport (uncontrolled field). Low forward visibility in taildragger.
