Narrative:
During takeoff roll, right engine did not produce full takeoff power, spiked once, then began dropping off. Tower advised of smoke coming from right engine. Takeoff was aborted, aircraft was brought to stop on high speed taxiway turn-off. Engines and power were shut off, and evacuate/evacuation was initiated. No injuries during evacuate/evacuation.

Title: JETSTREAM 4100 RECEIVES 2 CALLS FROM IAD TWR REGARDING SMOKE FROM ENG JUST PRIOR TO ABORT. ACFT STOPPED AND EVAC FOLLOWS.
Narrative: DURING TKOF ROLL, R ENG DID NOT PRODUCE FULL TKOF PWR, SPIKED ONCE, THEN BEGAN DROPPING OFF. TWR ADVISED OF SMOKE COMING FROM R ENG. TKOF WAS ABORTED, ACFT WAS BROUGHT TO STOP ON HIGH SPD TXWY TURN-OFF. ENGS AND PWR WERE SHUT OFF, AND EVAC WAS INITIATED. NO INJURIES DURING EVAC.
