Narrative:
Aircraft were in opposite direction flight. Aircraft X nwbound level at FL280. Aircraft Y was sebound descending to FL280. Aircraft Y received an RA leaving FL286 and climbed back to FL290. Controller saw traffic intending to clear aircraft Y to FL290. Entered in data block FL290 but issued FL280.

Narrative: ACFT WERE IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION FLT. ACFT X NWBOUND LEVEL AT FL280. ACFT Y WAS SEBOUND DSNDING TO FL280. ACFT Y RECEIVED AN RA LEAVING FL286 AND CLBED BACK TO FL290. CTLR SAW TFC INTENDING TO CLR ACFT Y TO FL290. ENTERED IN DATA BLOCK FL290 BUT ISSUED FL280.
