Narrative:
During a normal landing at yyz, the spoilers deployed and retracted. It was a new first officer (IOE) making the landing. I could not be sure whether or not he pushed up the throttles, but they appeared to retract on their own. In 6 yrs on the airplane, I have never seen this happen. Could this have any bearing on the little rock crash?
