Narrative:
Air carrier X was nebound to onl and advised he had an RA and was descending to FL360. At that point the data block showed FL367. The nearest aircraft was an air carrier Y at FL350 and 5+ mi, and an air carrier Z at FL370 at the air carrier X 10 O'clock position and 8+ mi nwbound. Conflict alert went off with an air carrier flight at FL350 and 30+ mi. I advised the air carrier X of the area traffic and told it to be level at FL370 in less than 1.5 mins for the air carrier a flight.

Title: ZMP CTLR ADVISED BY ACR X NEBOUND AT FL370 RECEIVING RA DSNDING TO FL360.
Narrative: ACR X WAS NEBOUND TO ONL AND ADVISED HE HAD AN RA AND WAS DSNDING TO FL360. AT THAT POINT THE DATA BLOCK SHOWED FL367. THE NEAREST ACFT WAS AN ACR Y AT FL350 AND 5+ MI, AND AN ACR Z AT FL370 AT THE ACR X 10 O'CLOCK POS AND 8+ MI NWBOUND. CONFLICT ALERT WENT OFF WITH AN ACR FLT AT FL350 AND 30+ MI. I ADVISED THE ACR X OF THE AREA TFC AND TOLD IT TO BE LEVEL AT FL370 IN LESS THAN 1.5 MINS FOR THE ACR A FLT.
