Narrative:
We were told to transition to runway 5L from runway 5R at cle inside the FAF, which didn't give us enough time to adequately brief the approach. On landing roll, the tower told us to hold short of runway 5R. I slowed the aircraft and while turning onto taxiway west, saw what I believed to be the hold short line. Before I got to it, tower told us to stop. It was then that I realized that the hold short line to runway 5R was behind us and we were looking at the runway 5L hold short line. This airport is an accident waiting to happen. The hold shorts are not depicted on the commercial chart plate and they are opposite what you would normally expect because the runways are so close together. Ground control sympathized and told us to contact the airport operator to voice our displeasure. We need to depict the hold shorts on commercial charts and tower needs to stop changing runways at the last min and make sure the pilots know about the nonstandard hold short lines.

Title: UPON EXITING RWY 5L AT CLE AFTER LNDG, WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 5L, ACR PLT CROSSED HOLD SHORT LINE FOR RWY 5R.
Narrative: WE WERE TOLD TO TRANSITION TO RWY 5L FROM RWY 5R AT CLE INSIDE THE FAF, WHICH DIDN'T GIVE US ENOUGH TIME TO ADEQUATELY BRIEF THE APCH. ON LNDG ROLL, THE TWR TOLD US TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 5R. I SLOWED THE ACFT AND WHILE TURNING ONTO TXWY W, SAW WHAT I BELIEVED TO BE THE HOLD SHORT LINE. BEFORE I GOT TO IT, TWR TOLD US TO STOP. IT WAS THEN THAT I REALIZED THAT THE HOLD SHORT LINE TO RWY 5R WAS BEHIND US AND WE WERE LOOKING AT THE RWY 5L HOLD SHORT LINE. THIS ARPT IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN. THE HOLD SHORTS ARE NOT DEPICTED ON THE COMMERCIAL CHART PLATE AND THEY ARE OPPOSITE WHAT YOU WOULD NORMALLY EXPECT BECAUSE THE RWYS ARE SO CLOSE TOGETHER. GND CTL SYMPATHIZED AND TOLD US TO CONTACT THE ARPT OPERATOR TO VOICE OUR DISPLEASURE. WE NEED TO DEPICT THE HOLD SHORTS ON COMMERCIAL CHARTS AND TWR NEEDS TO STOP CHANGING RWYS AT THE LAST MIN AND MAKE SURE THE PLTS KNOW ABOUT THE NONSTANDARD HOLD SHORT LINES.
