Narrative:
Cleared to land by boston logan tower to runway 27 at boston. At 500 ft AGL, captain saw light twin aztec or seneca class turn on to runway and start down runway 27. First officer asked tower about traffic and tower told aircraft to get off runway at next taxiway. Light aircraft continued down runway 27. Captain of DC10 started a go around followed shortly afterward of tower telling DC10 to go around. I believe/feel it was a late call by tower to go around.
