Narrative:
Cleared to cross jaybo at 15000 ft. Captain set up FMC's and started descent on schedule. Crew began to brief arrival procedures. Failed to notice that descent was too slow. Crossed jaybo at 17000 ft with no conflict with any other traffic.

Narrative: CLRED TO CROSS JAYBO AT 15000 FT. CAPT SET UP FMC'S AND STARTED DSCNT ON SCHEDULE. CREW BEGAN TO BRIEF ARR PROCS. FAILED TO NOTICE THAT DSCNT WAS TOO SLOW. CROSSED JAYBO AT 17000 FT WITH NO CONFLICT WITH ANY OTHER TFC.
