Narrative:

Fsm 215 degree radial, 25 DME. We were just north of fsm at FL310. We experienced a rapid depressurization. While descending to 10000 ft and accomplishing the rapid depressurization checklist, we failed to make the turn for the bonham 3 arrival. There was no traffic conflict that we were are aware of. ATC then cleared us direct bonham VOR. I was the PF and I missed the turn while monitoring the checklist. I know how important it is to fly the airplane first and not let checklist or other duties distract me from this primary duty. Also, I could have lightened the load by requesting a heading when I requested 10000 ft.
