I received a call from air carrier flight to lax. There was a status message 'warn elex.' I gave the crew an ok to continue and the crew got a stick shaker warning on takeoff.

Title: A B767-200 FLC WAS ADVISED IT WAS OK TO CONTINUE WITH A STATUS MESSAGE OF 'WARN ELEX' BY FOREIGN MAINT CTLR. THE FLC RECEIVED A STICK SHAKER ON THE TKOF.
Narrative: I RECEIVED A CALL FROM ACR FLT TO LAX. THERE WAS A STATUS MESSAGE 'WARN ELEX.' I GAVE THE CREW AN OK TO CONTINUE AND THE CREW GOT A STICK SHAKER WARNING ON TKOF.
