Narrative:
Cos has a phone circuit connected to several entities for emergency notification. In this instance (and many previous) one of the terminating offices was not staffed, so the phone in that office continued to ring, interfering significantly with the communication of the details of the emergency to the parties who needed the information.

Title: RPTR STATES THAT THERE IS A PROB WITH HIS FACILITY'S EMER NOTIFICATION PHONE LINE.
Narrative: COS HAS A PHONE CIRCUIT CONNECTED TO SEVERAL ENTITIES FOR EMER NOTIFICATION. IN THIS INSTANCE (AND MANY PREVIOUS) ONE OF THE TERMINATING OFFICES WAS NOT STAFFED, SO THE PHONE IN THAT OFFICE CONTINUED TO RING, INTERFERING SIGNIFICANTLY WITH THE COM OF THE DETAILS OF THE EMER TO THE PARTIES WHO NEEDED THE INFO.
