Narrative:
Even though we were filed for the LAXX3 departure and our predep clearance (pre departure clearance) said LAXX3 departure, the captain loaded the LOOP2 departure which is different. I queried the captain, but he said to leave the LOOP2 departure in there. Our airline's policy is not to question the captain, after he makes a decision. Even though I'm an first officer, I know from experience that the LOOP2 departure is used during the daytime and the LAXX3 is used at night. We departed at night. In any event, after we proceeded to seal beach VOR (sli), we incorrectly proceeded to the daggett VOR (dag). However the LAXX3 has a dogleg in it between sli and dag. ATC, ZLA queried us. They didn't say anything else.
