Narrative:
Without any warning, severe clear air turbulence occurred. I was on my crew rest break -- sleeping in xj. 2 flight attendants who were located in the aft cabin galley area, both hit the ceiling. 1 flight attendant was in the aft galley, the other flight attendant was in the aft l-hand lavatory. 6 passenger hit the ceiling. The flight attendant who was in the aft galley, hit the ceiling. 2 times. 3 of 4 lavatories located in the aft section were totally trashed. Fortunately, no one was hurt critically. Toilets were pulled out of their sockets. Supplemental information from acn 443024: after dumping fuel and diverting to sju, 1 passenger and 2 flight attendants were taken to hospital, treated and released. Flight continued to eze.

Title: MULTIPLE PLT AND FLT ATTENDANT RPT, B767-300, JFK-EZE, SEVERE TURB, DIVERT TO SJU FOR HOSPITALIZATION OF 2 INJURED FLT ATTENDANTS AND 1 PAX.
Narrative: WITHOUT ANY WARNING, SEVERE CLR AIR TURB OCCURRED.
