The ARTS program scattered twice in rapid succession. All automated data was lost except altitude information. It took approximately 8 mins for a full recovery.

Title: RPTR STATES THAT THEIR ARTS 3A RADAR EQUIP WAS INTERRUPTED TWICE WITH A SCATTER, WHICH RESULTED IN A LOSS OF DISPLAY DATA FOR 8 MINS.
Narrative: THE ARTS PROGRAM SCATTERED TWICE IN RAPID SUCCESSION. ALL AUTOMATED DATA WAS LOST EXCEPT ALT INFO. IT TOOK APPROX 8 MINS FOR A FULL RECOVERY.
