Narrative:
Flight attendants #4, #7 and #8 in business class noticed that we were not gaining altitude as normally required after being in the air for approximately 8-10 mins. International relief officer came to area between zones B and C and inspected the right wing. We had noticed that the flap did not retract and told him so. He left, only to return approximately 3 mins later to check again. He then informed us that we would return to dfw and after landing, have right wing inspected. The captain made a PA to that effect. We turned around and landed without any problems. Aircraft taken OTS. We departed on different aircraft and had no additional problems.
