Narrative:

Over the last few months I have found several portable oxygen bottles with cut supply hoses. All of the bottles have been in the forward emergency equipment bin forward of the first class lavatory -- the right side bottle when door is fully opened. The bottles are positioned allowing the hose at the bottle connection to contact the bulkhead, cutting the supply hose. I suggest, as does tulsa technician, that a training bulletin be disseminated covering the proper stowage of the oxygen bottles.
