Narrative:
Was given clearance for takeoff runway 8 intersection C (south side). Added power and started rolling to take active runway. Making a look left noticed aircraft (B737) 50-100 ft on final for same runway. Applied brakes hard. Aircraft continued to land. After B737 landed was given another clearance for takeoff. Rest of trip routine.

Narrative: WAS GIVEN CLRNC FOR TKOF RWY 8 INTXN C (S SIDE). ADDED PWR AND STARTED ROLLING TO TAKE ACTIVE RWY. MAKING A LOOK L NOTICED ACFT (B737) 50-100 FT ON FINAL FOR SAME RWY. APPLIED BRAKES HARD. ACFT CONTINUED TO LAND. AFTER B737 LANDED WAS GIVEN ANOTHER CLRNC FOR TKOF. REST OF TRIP ROUTINE.
