Narrative:
In sum: low time GA reporter with a private license tries his utmost to enter the traffic pattern at boi. He experiences some communication difficulties with boi tower. Following last received instructions and looking out for traffic in atmosphere of congestion of radio frequencys and airborne traffic, he extends downwind several seconds and continues as previously cleared. Near short final, he becomes aware of conflict with light twin traffic to same runway. Reporter is cleared to and does land without further problem.
