Narrative:
Both aircraft on my frequency towing banners up and down the shoreline. Aircraft X advised me of some parasail activity along the shoreline. Aircraft X informed me they were at a higher than normal altitude of around 400 ft. This was verified by aircraft Y as well as a police helicopter Z, who had been operating in the same area earlier. I exchanged the information with any future banner tows entering the airspace as well as any other traffic transitioning the affected area. The information was also forwarded to the supervisor in charge of the shift. Log entries were made and would be forwarded to the FSDO facility for the area.
