Narrative:
Set up for ILS runway 22R in ord (should have been runway 22L as assigned by controller). Cleared for ILS and then told to turn left and descend to 3000 ft to reintercept localizer. Traffic was B757 in visual contact on localizer for runway 22R. We landed runway 22L normally. Supplemental information from acn 448241: was cleared for the ILS on an initial heading. Captain felt sure we were to do runway 22R ILS, and I forgot to xchk his radios.
