Narrative:
On final approach, ILS runway 16L at afw approximately 6.2 mi, approximately 2200 ft near midair collision with cessna high wing (looked like C172-182 series), co-altitude approximately 500 ft at 12:30 O'clock position, crossing right to left. So called for evasive right turn, flew behind cessna. Aircraft had been handed off to afw tower by dfw approach. Afw tower radar OTS.
