Narrative:
We were given a crossing restr in descent to cross dandd intersection at FL190, after being reassigned to dandd 2 STAR, due to WX deviation. We were busy with descent/approach briefings and programming, as well as deviation for WX. We realized about 10-15 mi from dandd that we hadn't initiated descent and would be too high to comply with restr. We were not called by ATC on our altitude. We called him, and advised him that we would be unable to make dandd at FL190. He replied 'it doesn't appear that way...' and said it would not be a problem, and gave us vectors to assist us in descending.
