Narrative:
On ukw arrival into dfw from the northwest, we were just leaving 11000 ft. Received a TA on an aircraft that was just about 300 ft below at 9 O'clock and 4 mi. Leveled to look and aircraft now 200 ft below and closing. Received a descend RA. Autoplt was disconnected and RA complied with. Advised center and was handed off to approach. Approach asked if we had seen 'fast moving traffic.' we advised that we had seen what appeared to be a T38. Approach advised that there is a military training route at this location. While this area is clear of the class B airspace, this is a very hazardous spot for high speed military traffic.

Title: A B767-200 DSNDS IN ACCORD WITH ITS TCASII RA TO AVOID CLBING XING T38 TFC ON A MIL TRAINING RTE 14 MI SE OF UKW, 45 MI NW OF DFW, TX.
Narrative: ON UKW ARR INTO DFW FROM THE NW, WE WERE JUST LEAVING 11000 FT. RECEIVED A TA ON AN ACFT THAT WAS JUST ABOUT 300 FT BELOW AT 9 O'CLOCK AND 4 MI. LEVELED TO LOOK AND ACFT NOW 200 FT BELOW AND CLOSING. RECEIVED A DSND RA. AUTOPLT WAS DISCONNECTED AND RA COMPLIED WITH. ADVISED CTR AND WAS HANDED OFF TO APCH. APCH ASKED IF WE HAD SEEN 'FAST MOVING TFC.' WE ADVISED THAT WE HAD SEEN WHAT APPEARED TO BE A T38. APCH ADVISED THAT THERE IS A MIL TRAINING RTE AT THIS LOCATION. WHILE THIS AREA IS CLR OF THE CLASS B AIRSPACE, THIS IS A VERY HAZARDOUS SPOT FOR HIGH SPD MIL TFC.
