Narrative:

After takeoff from runway 13, we further investigated the accuracy of our takeoff data. We came to the conclusion that our performance book was based on more runway than was actually available. However, we took off at a weight well below 'maximum takeoff weight' and in only a fraction of the runway. Apparently the arresting gear on runway 13 is no longer retractable, therefore, the performance has too much runway in the book. We have since informed our management of the error and they are changing the performance book. This problem just reminds me to doublechk all takeoff and landing data.

Title: BA32 CREW NOTED INCORRECT RWY LENGTH FOR TKOF PERFORMANCE DATA.

Narrative: AFTER TKOF FROM RWY 13, WE FURTHER INVESTIGATED THE ACCURACY OF OUR TKOF DATA. WE CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT OUR PERFORMANCE BOOK WAS BASED ON MORE RWY THAN WAS ACTUALLY AVAILABLE. HOWEVER, WE TOOK OFF AT A WT WELL BELOW 'MAX TKOF WT' AND IN ONLY A FRACTION OF THE RWY. APPARENTLY THE ARRESTING GEAR ON RWY 13 IS NO LONGER RETRACTABLE, THEREFORE, THE PERFORMANCE HAS TOO MUCH RWY IN THE BOOK. WE HAVE SINCE INFORMED OUR MGMNT OF THE ERROR AND THEY ARE CHANGING THE PERFORMANCE BOOK. THIS PROB JUST REMINDS ME TO DOUBLECHK ALL TKOF AND LNDG DATA.
