Narrative:
ILS/localizer runway 30L (temporary). Gusty crosswind (360 degrees at 12 KTS), wet runway. Touchdown at approximately 1500 down. Gross weight approximately 96000 pounds. Maximum gross landing weight 96700 pounds. Engaged maximum anti skid/maximum thrust reverse. Nose gear stopped (on centerline) in the paved overrun (missed the threshold lights). Main gear stopped 15 ft short of threshold. Crash crew responded to check for hot brakes (none found). Tug and tow bar arrived within 10-15 mins. Aircraft was pushed back (through 'raised' threshold lights). Taxied to parking. No aircraft damaged, no injuries.
