Narrative:
A passenger was vomiting blood and had difficulty breathing. Oxygen administered, diversion to jfk. Physician tried to administer iv to passenger. Physician not successful in doing so. Passenger said altitude sickness had affected him before. Dropped passenger off in jfk. Passenger felt 100% better upon diversion. Decision to divert appropriate, despite passenger feeling better on return.

Narrative: A PAX WAS VOMITING BLOOD AND HAD DIFFICULTY BREATHING. OXYGEN ADMINISTERED, DIVERSION TO JFK. PHYSICIAN TRIED TO ADMINISTER IV TO PAX. PHYSICIAN NOT SUCCESSFUL IN DOING SO.
