Narrative:

Dfw was in north flow. Flight was cleared on the keene SID (radar vectors). Flight was leveled at 4000 ft and vectored directly over ftw. Flight was then given a southerly heading which resulted in flight exiting class B airspace when class B floor went up to 5000 ft. Controller was queried and confirmed exit of class B airspace. He had not previously advised flight of class B airspace exit. Vectors to re-enter were then given. This area is heavily used by GA. Will it take a fatal midair?
