Narrative:
Runway change on taxi out from runway 36R to runway 18L. Short taxi. Reset cockpit and FMS for runway 18L departure but did not reset brain. I was still in the straight out departure for runway 36R mode and missed the turn to 165 degrees on the runway 18L noise departure. We went approximately 1/2 mi past turn point before initiating turn to 165 degrees.

Title: MD80 CREW HAD TRACK DEV AFTER LAST MIN RWY CHANGE.
Narrative: RWY CHANGE ON TAXI OUT FROM RWY 36R TO RWY 18L. SHORT TAXI. RESET COCKPIT AND FMS FOR RWY 18L DEP BUT DID NOT RESET BRAIN. I WAS STILL IN THE STRAIGHT OUT DEP FOR RWY 36R MODE AND MISSED THE TURN TO 165 DEGS ON THE RWY 18L NOISE DEP. WE WENT APPROX 1/2 MI PAST TURN POINT BEFORE INITIATING TURN TO 165 DEGS.
