Narrative:
On the ground at xyz, I was preparing to taxi. I received my taxi instructions from the ground controller who was very difficult to understand due to bleedover from ATIS onto the ground frequency. I was told to taxi to runway 28. I began to taxi and realized I missed the taxiway a which I neared. I stopped prior to reaching an intersection at runway 28 and was preparing to call ground control when ground control contacted me and told me to hold my position, which I did. I then received other instructions which were unreadable due to the bleedover from ATIS. I relayed that information to the ground controller that she was unreadable. I was then contacted by the tower controller and told to back taxi onto runway 28 and cleared for takeoff. I never crossed onto the active runway until instructed to do so. I think this could have been resolved had I received a progressive taxi from the ground controller. However, all instructions were very difficult to understand with the bleedover from ATIS. Had I received a progressive taxi and the bleedover corrected the situation could have been avoided. There was no conflict with arriving, departing or taxiing aircraft.

Title: A BEECH BARON PLT RPTS DIFFICULTY WITH ATIS BLEEDOVER ONTO THE GND CTL FREQ AT AGC.
Narrative: ON THE GND AT XYZ, I WAS PREPARING TO TAXI. I RECEIVED MY TAXI INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE GND CTLR WHO WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND DUE TO BLEEDOVER FROM ATIS ONTO THE GND FREQ. I WAS TOLD TO TAXI TO RWY 28. I BEGAN TO TAXI AND REALIZED I MISSED THE TXWY A WHICH I NEARED. I STOPPED PRIOR TO REACHING AN INTXN AT RWY 28 AND WAS PREPARING TO CALL GND CTL WHEN GND CTL CONTACTED ME AND TOLD ME TO HOLD MY POS, WHICH I DID. I THEN RECEIVED OTHER INSTRUCTIONS WHICH WERE UNREADABLE DUE TO THE BLEEDOVER FROM ATIS. I RELAYED THAT INFO TO THE GND CTLR THAT SHE WAS UNREADABLE. I WAS THEN CONTACTED BY THE TWR CTLR AND TOLD TO BACK TAXI ONTO RWY 28 AND CLRED FOR TKOF. I NEVER CROSSED ONTO THE ACTIVE RWY UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO DO SO. I THINK THIS COULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED HAD I RECEIVED A PROGRESSIVE TAXI FROM THE GND CTLR. HOWEVER, ALL INSTRUCTIONS WERE VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND WITH THE BLEEDOVER FROM ATIS. HAD I RECEIVED A PROGRESSIVE TAXI AND THE BLEEDOVER CORRECTED THE SIT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. THERE WAS NO CONFLICT WITH ARRIVING, DEPARTING OR TAXIING ACFT.
