Narrative:
In sum: communication between cockpit crew and cabin crew (mainly purser) resulted in possible flight attendant injury and hazardous environment was created and maintained. Turbulence was forecast, then reported, then encountered. This was all accompanied by warnings and briefings from the cockpit before, during and after the turbulence occurred.

Narrative: IN SUM: COM BTWN COCKPIT CREW AND CABIN CREW (MAINLY PURSER) RESULTED IN POSSIBLE FLT ATTENDANT INJURY AND HAZARDOUS ENVIRONMENT WAS CREATED AND MAINTAINED. TURB WAS FORECAST, THEN RPTED, THEN ENCOUNTERED. THIS WAS ALL ACCOMPANIED BY WARNINGS AND BRIEFINGS FROM THE COCKPIT BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE TURB OCCURRED.
