Narrative:
After landing on runway 1 at dca, the captain turned left on taxiway south and the tower instructed us to turn left on taxiway J and hold short of runway 33. I read back the hold short instruction. The captain had not even finished his turn onto taxiway J when I noticed that we were about to roll through the runway 33 hold short line. I quickly informed the captain, but by the time he stopped the aircraft, we were 15 ft over the line. An aircraft on short final for runway 33 was instructed to go around by the tower. We taxied to the gate without incident.
