Narrative:
I was pilot at the controls flying a coupled approach to runway 8R at cdg. Showers and right to left crosswind. Broke out at approximately 2-3 mi. Disconnected autoplt (autothrottles engaged) and continued approach. Landing clearance received in close. Upon landing, aircraft bounced a little and WX cocked slightly into wind. Abs disarm light illuminated. I lowered the nose quickly and applied brakes toward maximum and full reverse. Aircraft was not decelerating as it should with maximum brake pressure applied. It felt as if it were hydroplaning and I felt a pulsing in the brake pedals. The aircraft rolled into the overrun area. Tower was informed. Emergency equipment arrived and reported that the aircraft was ok. A tug arrived approximately 30 mins later. After maintenance personnel inspected the aircraft it was pushed back onto the runway and taxied to the gate. 2 tires were found to be damaged. 3 runway end lights found damaged.

Title: AN ACR FLC FLYING AN MD11 INTO LFPG LANDS LONG AFTER BOUNCING A LNDG ON A WET RWY RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO THE RWY LIGHTS IN THE OVERRUN AREA.
Narrative: I WAS PLT AT THE CTLS FLYING A COUPLED APCH TO RWY 8R AT CDG. SHOWERS AND R TO L XWIND. BROKE OUT AT APPROX 2-3 MI. DISCONNECTED AUTOPLT (AUTOTHROTTLES ENGAGED) AND CONTINUED APCH. LNDG CLRNC RECEIVED IN CLOSE. UPON LNDG, ACFT BOUNCED A LITTLE AND WX COCKED SLIGHTLY INTO WIND. ABS DISARM LIGHT ILLUMINATED. I LOWERED THE NOSE QUICKLY AND APPLIED BRAKES TOWARD MAX AND FULL REVERSE. ACFT WAS NOT DECELERATING AS IT SHOULD WITH MAX BRAKE PRESSURE APPLIED. IT FELT AS IF IT WERE HYDROPLANING AND I FELT A PULSING IN THE BRAKE PEDALS. THE ACFT ROLLED INTO THE OVERRUN AREA. TWR WAS INFORMED. EMER EQUIP ARRIVED AND RPTED THAT THE ACFT WAS OK. A TUG ARRIVED APPROX 30 MINS LATER. AFTER MAINT PERSONNEL INSPECTED THE ACFT IT WAS PUSHED BACK ONTO THE RWY AND TAXIED TO THE GATE. 2 TIRES WERE FOUND TO BE DAMAGED. 3 RWY END LIGHTS FOUND DAMAGED.
