Narrative:
After normal landing with antiskid inoperative light vibration followed by moderate vibration, cleared runway, called emergency equipment and was advised I had 2 left main tires blown. Had stairs brought out and passenger deplaned. No injuries, some aircraft damage and small hydraulic leak. Normal approach and landing on runway 23 in clt. After nose was lowered, speed brake manually extended and thrust reversers deployed. Light vibration followed by moderate vibration. Suspected a blown tire on L4 main. Cleared runway, stopped, declared an emergency and had equipment come out. Was told both l-hand main tires were blown. Had passenger removed by stairs and taken to terminal. Some damage caused by tires, rubber to hydraulic lines and led. No fires, no hot brakes, no blown tire fuses, no wheel rim separation.

Title: A B737-400 FLC HAD BLOWN MAIN GEAR TIRES ON LNDG AT CLT.
Narrative: AFTER NORMAL LNDG WITH ANTISKID INOP LIGHT VIBRATION FOLLOWED BY MODERATE VIBRATION, CLRED RWY, CALLED EMER EQUIP AND WAS ADVISED I HAD 2 L MAIN TIRES BLOWN. HAD STAIRS BROUGHT OUT AND PAX DEPLANED. NO INJURIES, SOME ACFT DAMAGE AND SMALL HYD LEAK. NORMAL APCH AND LNDG ON RWY 23 IN CLT. AFTER NOSE WAS LOWERED, SPD BRAKE MANUALLY EXTENDED AND THRUST REVERSERS DEPLOYED. LIGHT VIBRATION FOLLOWED BY MODERATE VIBRATION. SUSPECTED A BLOWN TIRE ON L4 MAIN. CLRED RWY, STOPPED, DECLARED AN EMER AND HAD EQUIP COME OUT. WAS TOLD BOTH L-HAND MAIN TIRES WERE BLOWN. HAD PAX REMOVED BY STAIRS AND TAKEN TO TERMINAL. SOME DAMAGE CAUSED BY TIRES, RUBBER TO HYD LINES AND LED. NO FIRES, NO HOT BRAKES, NO BLOWN TIRE FUSES, NO WHEEL RIM SEPARATION.
