Narrative:

On takeoff roll, my first officer's window slid open to fully open at 110 KTS. I aborted the takeoff at approximately 115-120 KTS. The abort was uneventful, however, 2 tires deflated due to brake heat. Window was closed, but not locked prior to departure. Checklist had been completed, but first officer didn't notice the handle position when he 'gave it a tug' to determine its closure. Maintenance had evidently had the window open during the day, but not locked it after they closed it.
