Narrative:

While en route to anc, one of our passenger noticed a light smoke and smell coming from our aft lavatory. The onboard mechanic went to investigate while the flight crew remained on station. Smoke dissipated and flight continued to destination with no further incident. The aircraft was inspected by our mechanic on the ground at anc. It was determined the system was shut down and isolated. No other system were effected and the aircraft was airworthy once the aircraft was brought back to home base (sus) the aircraft was sent for further inspection and repair.
