Narrative:
Descending to land at ewr on the eno.RBV1 arrival. Due to tailwind and other distrs, we did not make the crossing restr at holey intersection. We crossed at approximately 13000 ft, charted at 11000 ft. WX conditions were good VFR and no traffic was observed on TCASII nor any reported by center.
