Narrative:
Operated normally from ord to panc carrying only cargo. After entering crew rest in panc, I was contacted about a possible discrepancy in the documentation of the hazardous cargo we had carried. The notices that I had signed in ord appeared to be in order, mostly about magnetized material. That documentation was passed on to the arrival agent at panc. I later heard that other, undocumented materials were on board, but I can shed no light on that. Everything we saw looked fine. Supplemental information from acn 455345: class 8 hazmats were apparently loaded on board without the proper paperwork. Was made aware of the situation after the fact. The destination ground crew found the materials when they unloaded the plane. These hazardous goods were not included in the hazmat documents.

Narrative: OPERATED NORMALLY FROM ORD TO PANC CARRYING ONLY CARGO. THAT DOCUMENTATION WAS PASSED ON TO THE ARR AGENT AT PANC. I LATER HEARD THAT OTHER, UNDOCUMENTED MATERIALS WERE ON BOARD, BUT I CAN SHED NO LIGHT ON THAT. EVERYTHING WE SAW LOOKED FINE. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 455345: CLASS 8 HAZMATS WERE APPARENTLY LOADED ON BOARD WITHOUT THE PROPER PAPERWORK. WAS MADE AWARE OF THE SIT AFTER THE FACT. THE DEST GND CREW FOUND THE MATERIALS WHEN THEY UNLOADED THE PLANE. THESE HAZARDOUS GOODS WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE HAZMAT DOCUMENTS.
