Narrative:
Took off from crq, flew south along shore to carmel valley area, flew inland out of traffic to practice coordination maneuvers. Altitudes no lower than 1200 ft MSL (approximately 800 ft AGL). Maneuvers consisted of steep turns, lazy 8's, turns around points, dutch rolls. Altitude indicated between 1200-1600 ft MSL. 1 other occupant in plane. Loitered over area doing these maneuvers for approximately 5-10 mins. Upon final landing, was notified 'a person in the carmel valley area reported what may have been you doing maneuvers over carmel valley. You may expect a call from FSDO.' therein lies my reason for filing this report. Normal practice area clouded over, used this area as backup. Was in area anyway to see if parents were home.
