Pilot of a skydiving beech king air shut down the right engine during climb due to power output decrease, and declared he was making an emergency landing over unicom to the uncontrolled airport just departed. He released the skydivers over the airport prior to landing with the left engine.

Narrative:
During normal climb out, the right side RPM began decreasing. The right side engine was reduced to idle and then shut down. With the right engine secured, the skydivers were released over the airport at 4000 ft MSL. An emergency was declared over the CTAF at morris municipal airport. An uneventful single engine landing was completed at morris. The aircraft was shut down on the taxiway due to the inability to taxi with 1 engine once slowed to taxi speed.

WITH THE R ENG SECURED, THE SKYDIVERS WERE RELEASED OVER THE ARPT AT 4000 FT MSL. AN EMER WAS DECLARED OVER THE CTAF AT MORRIS MUNICIPAL ARPT. AN UNEVENTFUL SINGLE ENG LNDG WAS COMPLETED AT MORRIS. THE ACFT WAS SHUT DOWN ON THE TXWY DUE TO THE INABILITY TO TAXI WITH 1 ENG ONCE SLOWED TO TAXI SPD.
