Approximately 1 hour prior to landing, flight attendant #4 came to me and told me that passenger X had been smoking for the second time in the aft lavatory. I informed the captain and went to the back to talk to the passenger. I asked him for identify and informed him the plane would be met. He cooperated fully. Upon deplaning, passenger X was met by passenger service who escorted him to auths.
