Narrative:

ATC advised us of traffic at 12 O'clock position. We acknowledged that we had the traffic, a B737, in sight. We were still climbing. A few seconds later, we received a TA from our TCASII. We then noticed that the B737 was in a turn to the right, still 1300 ft above us. Our rate of climb was about 3000 FPM. We immediately reduced our rate of climb. We then received an RA from our TCASII and noticed the B737 was heading towards us. The B737 announced that they had a TCASII RA and were climbing. We immediately leveled off. ATC advised the B737 that we had visual contact with them and that there was no conflict. We were not advised by ATC that the B737 was in a turn that would head them towards us or that the B737 was at our assigned altitude.
