Narrative:

Landing runway 31R from stabilized ILS approach, winds reported 360 degrees at 18 KTS. Previous winds were gusty, 360 degrees at 16 KTS gusting to 28 KTS. On flare for touchdown, apparently got a gust, right wing dipped. Felt like normal crosswind landing in DC8. After clearing runway, flight engineer called out constant speed drive low oil pressure light. Found damage to 2 engines.
