Narrative:
While following signals from ramp personnel, aircraft wing (right side) struck a passenger walkway. Ramp signaler gave no indication of danger until after the fact. Subsequently, shutdown aircraft and deplaned passenger.

Title: E120 CREW HIT A PAX WALKWAY DURING MARSHALLING AT THE GATE.
Narrative: WHILE FOLLOWING SIGNALS FROM RAMP PERSONNEL, ACFT WING (R SIDE) STRUCK A PAX WALKWAY. RAMP SIGNALER GAVE NO INDICATION OF DANGER UNTIL AFTER THE FACT. SUBSEQUENTLY, SHUTDOWN ACFT AND DEPLANED PAX.
