Narrative:
Cleared into position on runway 23L cle. Just made turn for line-up runway 23L and tower cleared us for takeoff. Power advanced and I could see beech 1900 crossing runway 23R and continued across runway 23L, approximately 3000 ft in front of us. Aborted takeoff. Speed approximately 20 KTS. Rolled about 500 ft until stopped. Called tower and asked what aircraft was doing crossing runway, and tower said hold position, and then said ground control must have crossed him.

CALLED TWR AND ASKED WHAT ACFT WAS DOING XING RWY, AND TWR SAID HOLD POS, AND THEN SAID GND CTL MUST HAVE CROSSED HIM.
