Narrative:
A 4 ship low level training flight of F-15E's were flying VR1721 on dec/xa/99 at 1000-1500 ft at y80y80, 500G. We flew near stanley county airport and tower contacted us on guard. We changed to tower frequency and they informed us of their operating hours. Upon return to base we discovered they were a class D airfield not in the special use chart. The route briefer failed to notify us of any updates to the special use chart even when asked by the flight lead when the route was booked. Recommend a more timely update to special use chart.
