Narrative:
B757 climbing from 11000 ft to 17000 ft MSL into icing and moderate turbulence at 13500 ft. Climbing fast to get above turbulence area which we reported to ATC at 14000 ft as moderate turbulence. Just when ready to level off at 17000 ft MSL, got hit with some moderate turbulence and went to 17290 ft MSL in a bump, then returned to 17000 ft. No further events.
