Narrative:
While on approach to runway 23R in ind, approach control gave us a very tight vector to join the final approach course. ATC asked if we had traffic for runway 23L. We responded yes. We were then cleared for the visual runway 23R. However, the initial vector was so tight, we received an RA on TCASII. We landed safely without further event.
