Narrative:

I went through my pre landing check (gumps) at the OM qeezy. Just prior to flare, the gear warning horn sounded. I reached for the gear switch and checked down. Before the gear locked down, I touched down. I should have gone around. The landing was smooth on the partially extended gear -- propeller and nose gear damaged badly. No injury to me.
