Narrative:
Departed tmb at conclusion of an enforcement mission and leveled off at 1000 ft en route to hst. I saw the bird go past the right side of windshield, then heard a thump. PIC in right seat noted damage on wing. All temperatures and RPM's ok, so we continued to hst and landed about 5 mins later. Flew bag (vref) +10 KTS, but noted no control problems. Bird damaged right leading edge of wing approximately 2/3 of the way out. Sensor operator saw bird impact wing. Airspeed was 200 KTS at impact. We immediately slowed to 150 KTS. No ctlability problems at any time. The miami metropolitan area landfill (dump) is in this area.
